Andras Bando B068
A proven sire with over 100 progeny, Andras Bando B068 offers a unique pedigree and EPD profile that can positively impact any herd. He is a true outcross to popular Red Angus genetics, tracing back to impactful Angus sires such as Morgans Direction, Mytty In Focus and HSAF Bando 1961. Beyond his unique lineage, he meets the phenotypical demands we require for herdsires: slick haired, excellent feet, long-sided, sound moving, and easy to handle when sorting. We are calving out his first daughters in spring 2019 and they have calved easy and have excellent udders. When evaluating his EPD profile, he excels at CED, WW, YW, MRB, CW, & REA being in the top 1/3 of the breed for all these traits. However, he also is a unique sire in that NONE of his EPD’s fall into the bottom 1/3 of the breed. He is truly the kind of bull that will “keep you out of the ditch” when it comes to EPDs by avoiding extremes. Semen is available for $25/straw.
